Shero Sherri (R) is Bipolar Betty's best friend. She gives Betty emotional comfort and support when she is meloncholy and depressed, but then Sherri opens a can of whoop ass when Betty gets manic, mad and pissy.

That is a might see through skirt I'd say. Nice shades though.
The skirt is designed by Orlof, he is one of Cheesemeister or Lily's characters.
Actually, Orlof can be attributed to your genius, although he is a relative of The Spooky Guy and Axe Man.
