That's a VERY scary creature!
I think that is one of Dr. Schitz' mutant creations. He took some of Dusty's DNA and combined it with some of Dromma Darry the camel's DNA.
Dromma Darry owns the Netherworld Dairy. He thinks that Dr. Schitz got his DNA off the cigarette butt he left on the doc's doorstep when he was making deliveries. What brand does Dromma Darry smoke? Why, Camels, of course! And Joe Camel is his cousin.
